forget this life just for a bit
let’s start a new one—

the therapeutic nature of constructing a home, block by block
or traveling terrain in order to discover the best views
if only i could hop into the screen
i guess this is close enough
here i’ll build the life i see in my dreams
virtual manifestation
a form of escapism
or a place where i’m free to just be
as long as i’m looking at the screen
