UPDATE: How The Groovy Crew is adapting to COVID-19
The Groovy Crew works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.
Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.
- Due to the nature and location of how our products are manufactured, all processed orders are FINAL sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- However, if one or more of the items in your order is incorrect, you must show proof of items received and original receipt or purchase, and then you will be entitled to either a refund or exchange of product(s). (7 day return policy)
- PLEASE allow 2-8 days for manufacturing, and another 2-7 days for shipping. Most products are made ON DEMAND. altogether, orders can be made and shipped in as fast as four days or take as long as 2-3 weeks. (keep in mind I am only one person running this entire store, so thank you all for your patience.)
- Tracking numbers are sent out within 48 hours of the product being shipped.
